When you fill out the online form to contact us you are asked to give your email address and contact number. This is so that we can contact you directly with a reply. None of the emails, contact number or addresses are shared to any other third party at anytime. All email encrypted by TLS technology

Hotelsminder will use your email address to contact you to do any of the following:
- To send you an invalid card details notification and information about your stay.
- To send you an invoice or receipt - but only as requested by the owner.
Hotelsminder will never share any contact information including email addresses of customers with any third party.
WHAT SECURITY MEASURES DO WE HAVE IN PLACE TO PROTECT ANY INFORMATION?
Our security procedures for storing and disclosing customer details conform with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which applied from the 25th of May 2018.

Customer data is not stored for longer that it is needed. We require data about properties, bookings and users to deliver accurate data visualisations, and remove this data either upon request, or after a period [30 days max] after the account is terminated.
Data is also removed if deemed out of date, or no longer valid. This can happen from removal of connected services, termination of accounts, or other events originating from connected service providers.
Bookings will be deleted once they reach 3 years after departure date.
Availability, Rates and Restriction data is removed for past dates daily.
Credit Card information not stored or processed.
Account data (Username, password, properties, channels & bookings) will be deleted within 30 days of account cancellation or on request.
